    I think it is a conspiracy! I just tried again this morning to chase around that last bit sticking to the sides of the jar in the corners!

    Just ended up with a teeny bit on the end of my knife for my toast.

    With the tip of the butter knife and a desire to get every last bit! You scrap up what the knife tip will hold. Smear it on the bread/toast. Then dive back in to repeat the process for as long as it takes or until you lose patience with the exercise. I never lose patience. 'mite is far too good to go to waste!
