    Couple additions to the kitchen.

    3.2 quart combo cooker.
Dutch oven w/frying pan,/lid. And a 1 pint melting pot for keeping sauce's warm, on the smoker/grill.

Breakin it in with a pound of bacon, after its 3rd seasoning. Gonna need a 5 or 6 quart, too.

Love those combination cookers. We took ours camping this summer and didn’t need any other pot when cooking for up to 4 people.

Use a beeswax seasoning from my experience that is the best!

I've used Pam spray oil, many times. Spray, wipe, cook at 500°F till it quits smokin, then repeat till desired affect is achieved.

Always leaves a hard slick surface. And soap never touches my pans. A quick rinse and wipe with hot water is all I've ever needed for cleaning.

I use my combo cooker a lot, it is a useful setup. It is pretty much my dedicated bread baker.

I got these recently, they have been soaking in my lye bucket. this is there first cleaning.

The gem pan and the roll/muffin pan were my great grandmothers, the stick pan was my grand mothers.

I have eaten yeast bread sticks and corn sticks out of the stick pan at my Grand Mothers house. The little half round gem pan is odd to my eyes, I am not sure what it was used for.

    Cool Double Dutch

Found a new recipe for a Boston Clam Chowder on YouTube that claimed to be inspired by Seattle's Pike Place Market

Shan and I worked it out to fit our Lodge 5.5 Qt Enameled DO basically doubled the recipe very few substitutions made for an excellent Chowder !!!

The second Lodge DO got a Homemade Shaggy Dough simple bread Mmmmmmm

This is the mismatched set I got from Randy.

My camper got stolen so this should be the replacement.

I got this grilling pan as a gift. I decided to put some hotdogs in it for the grilled flavor and grill marks and lo and behold they turn themselves.

While in Tampa yesterday for the hockey game we stopped by La Segunda Bakery and picked up loaves of Cuban bread for sandwiches: Ybor City Cubanos to be specific. The one thing I lack is a sandwich press.
    Fortunately this worked out well.

Only thing this pan has ever been or ever will be used for.
When I put it on the burner and warm it up the room is filled with the smell of the sauce before I have even put anything in it.
