My typical drink is a margarita made from fresh lime juice and good tequila.

Once in a while I'll muddle some lime, add cachaça, and make a caipirinha.

I like red wine with food.

And, when in doubt, take a shot or 2 of Ketel One.

    Default My beer!

Tonight, I am having my beer. And I mean MY BEER, the one I brew. It is a Bitter Ale Vintage 2011, made from three types of malt, two types of hops and a culture of yeast I am nurturing since many years, mother of all of my beers.
A toast to you all! Cheers!

It varies on my mood and the day. I'm for the most part a beer drinker...nothing fancy just good ole Pabst Blue Ribbon. If I'm enjoying a pipe then I'll sometimes indulge in a glass of whiskey with it. And lately SWMBO and I have aquired the taste for Absinthe

Looks like a fine beer Razorguy! I'm also an all-grain brewer. I'm just killing off the last of a corny keg of a really dark ale and am planning to make 50 litres of American Pale Ale in the next few weeks for the winter!

    Salut!

Very good job Fenian! It is now more than 10 years I am into homebrewing, both for professional reasons and, of course, for the fun of it. And the pleasure of drinking your own beer!
There is another thread dedicated to home brewing which I am trying to revive with the help of all homebrewers on this forum. Why don't you join?
I will be brewing my next batch of beer next month and I am in the process of thinking which recipe I should use this time.
