Both pies were washed own with a cup of 'Billy Tea' (The brand and not the way it was made). Now o more making me eat things I shouldn't Steph! The old 'Maggot bags' aren't the healthiest meal around ya know (but they sure do taste good).

You eat yer pie however yer want, I might not want to be there when ya do though. I'll be on the back porch with mine and the bottle of sauce will be beside me. Ok?! Now. What sort of Tea would go well with pies and what sort of pies would you have with those teas? I'm thinking a nice Peppered steak pie would go well with a nice Assam Dhelakat, Pu-erh or Lapsang Souchong. What do you think? And what about a Pie with minted peas? A mushroom, bacon and cheese (with the standard minced meat as part of the filler. Standard Aussie fare. Must always contain meat, whether meat is mentioned or not) pie? Now what about a 'Ned Kelly' pie. This is your standard minced meat pie with an egg cracked on top before the top pastry is gently laid over it prior to baking. I'm thinking this is going to be an all out Russian Caravan tea. Definately something with a smokey flavour...

All sounded pretty good, but the Ned Kelley and BC really got me goin the best. I'm a fan of mince. Currently having a PBJ with strawberry jam and some fresh made Bouquet De Fleurs KUSMI tea. It works!
