Pie 'n' Tea day just for my old friend Steph. First up was a Pie 'n' Peas Queensland style with the peas under the lid of the pie. In South Australia they have what is called a Pie floater with your pie sitting upside down in a bowl of peas, but that just seems so wrong and un-natural (a bit like South Australians really )...Second up didn't get a photograph as I had put the camera away by them, but it was a nice chunky steak pie. Both pies were washed own with a cup of 'Billy Tea' (The brand and not the way it was made). Now o more making me eat things I shouldn't Steph! The old 'Maggot bags' aren't the healthiest meal around ya know (but they sure do taste good).

Plenty of gravy already incorporated into the pie, but there are as many ways of serving up your pie as there are people who eat them. Pie and sauce is traditional Australian fare though. I've done the pie, gravy and vege's for a dinner time meal before.

I'm not sure what Ketchup actually is, however the Sauce I go for the most is Tomato. Just your regular store bought variety.
