So as many of you know I have been trying many tea varieties over the past few months. In doing so I inadvertently let one of my favorites sit for a while.
Well today I popped open the container I have been storing my "Fujian Milk Oolong" in. And wow !! The aroma has become more fruity, and the flavors have grown and are more pronounced now. I loved it in the beginning, but now it has a more tropical flavor and is silky smooth. It has always been a silky feeling tea, but now it is so much more defined.
Here are the tea notes that popped into my mind while drinking it:
Scent: A combination of artichoke, asparagus and pineapple. I tend to exhale through my nose after drinking which helps the aroma to linger throughout the day.
flavor: More-so fruity pineapple, with a lingering taste of greens but more fruity than vegital.
feel: creamy, silky.
This has proven to me once again why it is my favorite. I'm wondering now how it will be in another few weeks to a month. So I drive a station wagon , what of it ? ( www.lxforums.com )

I replaced my traditional Sunday morning pot of coffee with a couple of mugs of Wuyi Oolong tea. The tea is a good accompaniment to the cool weather that just rolled in.
