Rough Month....lot's of stress. Cure: Republic of tea's Emperor's White. I do believe that Oolong's and White teas are fast becoming my favorites. I really like their natural character. But, a dash of honey with is nice too.

On this rainy morning I filled my travel mug with Assam black tea. The travel mug is too dark to see the tea so I am posting a pic from this weekend; same tea, but in a mug.

Are there any kombuca aficionados here?
I tried some homemade Kombucha last night and am not sure what to think. It was very vinegary. Is that normal?Grazor likes this.
