I gotta admit that when I started this thread way back ,I never expected it to go this far let alone bring out so much love for tea. Very surprising for sure. And now we got an actual tea taster on it......who knew ??! maybe next an actual tea grower ?? Oh yeah and since that first post,I quit the agave nectar as I found out it's just pretty much the Mexican version of corn syrup. Back to organic cane sugar or sometimes honey..haven't been able to afford Kusmi lately so I've been drinking Good ol PG Tips again. Just a good ol cuppa ! Cheers !

No tea today, but on my day off Wednesday, I plan on making some rose tea the way my Grandmother made it. I have enough roses in bloom and a new sun tea jar. Can't wait.

How do you do the rose tea? ...with black/green tea, honey and lemon juice?
