My daughter responsible for everything else, and done superbly.
    Fine feast with family!
Feel blessed, and thankful for both family, and friends.
    Cheers men.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my good friends in Canada. It’s a special day that we both share, albeit on different days. But I hope the sentiment is the same. Relax, enjoy your day.

That almost makes me want winter to come early. Hope you had some good Irish soda bread to sop up the gravy.

Looking at this makes me think...yuck.
All the ducks I've eaten are taken from swampy areas, and the fat typically carries that flavor.

I'd have to call it, Swamp on a shingle.

Last nights dinner was a good ol’ southern treat. Homemade biscuits with chocolate gravy.
