Thanks - I have one with a square tip, spike point, and it's the nicest one I have, this one is pretty close to the same condition, so three more of these, and I'll have a 7 Day set, then I can finally get to work on starting my 14 day set of these...sheesh....someone has to do it!

Just got back from a busy day, and these photo's of the restored WB 13/16 frameback were waiting. Cleaned up, and ready to be picked up, along with a couple of others, tomorrow when Val and I meet for coffee, will have a nice shave with it tomorrow and it will make it's appearance in the SOTD.

It's nice to be important, but more important to be nice

More I look at it the more I really find it a stunning restore. Glen did an awesome job. The scales are really working, and from the last picture, that brass wedge is simply stunning the way it brings the whole razor together. And the brush completes the package, really like the material, and the anchor on the bottom - wow!
Stellar restore for a stellar blade - know you'll use it well and enjoy it!

And another from Valery at the Gentleman's Den.
This Wade and Butcher came to me in pretty rough shape. The scales were in big trouble, but there was no way Valery and I wanted to see these unique scales hit the trash can. So after over a month of careful restore work, Val was able to restore the scales and the blade, and bring this Wade and Butcher, "Diamond Edge" back to it's original state. Going to have my first shave with it later this morning.

Beautiful razor, a great moment when an old razor goes back on the line to serve.
