Hard to imagine a 7/8 until I saw your one, can't imagine them getting any bigger than that...just dropped a bid on this one with the hope it might be a 6/8, didn't expect to win, but am certainly very happy I got this one for the price.
Closer to 15/16 but who's counting haha....so even across the blade it only varies by .01" from toe to heel

All I used was use some used up 2k grit with oil, fresh 2k woulda been too much didnt want to scratch it, the original grind marks are still there, sadly the original scales were busted, but on the other hand love the blonde horn scales I crafted. Cleanest wade and butcher ive found to date.

Back from the Gentleman's Den, is this 9/8, Celebrated, Hollow Ground Razor, For Barbers Use, I received several weeks ago. Here's a picture of the blade from the auction:

Just had coffee with Valery from the Gentleman's Den, where he passed off this razor after the restore. He said, after cleaning it up, it had almost no hone wear, and it appeared to him that it may not have even been honed before. Also, he pointed out that the grind on this razor appears closer to extra hollow, and that it was in superb condition. The monkey tail for the tang is a nice feature.

Wade and Butcher, 9/8, Celebrated, Hollow Ground Razor, For Barbers Use, 3-pin, in black horn. Think I know what my SOTD will be tomorrow.

If there were a "dislike" option I'd be tempted out of pure jelousy

Mine is the best shave I have, enjoy!

Yes, couldn't see it in the auction pic, but hey, it's a gorgeous blade...square tip / spike point though are my preferred blade...and the search will happily go on!
