This is my second one of these Rattler ground / faux frameback W&B, 8/8. This one, the scales were shot and had to be replaced. The shave is very much like using a hollow ground razor with some serious heft to it.

This is 5/8 near wedge scaled in black horn. It originally had a frosted blade but there was surface rust and the frosting didn't survive. This particular razor is just a pleasure to shave with

That looks very much like the W&B, with the, "Corporate Mark" etching on the blade...love this blade...was my first W&B, and yes, they are superb shavers and a pleasure to use.

+ 1. I love that translucent amber, and the lines on the blade are a thing of beauty.

The original frosting on the blade read " You Lather Well I'll Shave Well"

The sleek pointed scales are beautiful. They really set that razor apart.

That might be fake Chinese, Dennis! Seems an old marketing ploy. A search will yield lots of examples. I think some had correct language. Most were gibberish!
