COS
Thanks! I don't plan on going anywhere. I moved around for 40 yrs. I am sticking here where the weather is good and the mountains are close, and finally the fish (trout) are easy fishin'. I have five fishing holes within 5 miles. I live up by the Air Force Academy.

I just bought a Shumate tungsten. How are they compared to other shumates?I see from this group everyone likes these razors. How is the steel in these? I read they dont hold an edge as good as steel across the pond, is this true?
The last one I bought from someone had a defect and I had to send it back so this is my second attempt at this brand. I don't know anything about the shumate tungsten.

Thanked: 13245
LOL
First rule of the SSS is we don't tell non -SSS people anything about how good Shumate's shave Shhhhhhh it is a secret
See we start that stuff and the next thing ya know we will have to actually pay real money for these things...
Most of the old "Steels" are just hype, like the Silver, Tungsten, Damascus & Magnetic stamps on many of the old razors pretty much plain ole' Carbon or Stainless...
Welcome to the club but keep it on the downlow okLast edited by gssixgun; 02-28-2010 at 05:30 AM.
