Thanks for the information and very interesting to find out that all these makers made 14 blanks, do you have any idea what the number 14 signifies?

I have this old 7 Day set of Ed Wustof razors, all except one have not been honed, they look brand new, one has been ground a little bit on the heel, might have been slightly damaged. They are labelled Monday to Sunday in English.

Thanked: 4828That is a fine looking piece my friend. Oddly enough I do not have one quite like that in my Henckels collection, I do have 14's just not any ground by Guillermo Hoppe. I think Val will have that looking pretty grand in short order.
