    This was a spoil myself kind of day. So I went for luxury.

    Great shave. The brush still smells like a dog that has been rotting in a ditch for a week, but it's getting better. And it really is magic.

    Soap: Palmolive SS/SC + Squirt of Glycerine= Uberlather!
    Astringent: Alum Block

    EDT: Diesel Fuel For Life
    Result: BBS Baby!!!
    Conclusion: A very good shave today, I honed the Gong up special, took my time to enjoy

    Prep: hot water splash + Proraso Pre/Post cream
    Lather: C&E Sandalwood whipped with a 1930s badger in stacked mugs
    Razor: Ford & Medley Hand Forged wedge
    Post: cold water splash, Proraso Pre/Post cream, hot shower and Hâttric AS splash

    Very smooth shave from a razor I just finished cleaning up.

    Prep>>Stropped razor 30 times in webbed fabric and 30 in red latigo..boy this SRD strop is top of the line! After a hot shower applied Proraso cream Pre/Post shave.

    Soap>>Cella in red tub a tallow based soap
    Brush>> Omega boar bristle
    AS>> Musgo Real

    Sum total= BBS, no nicks, cuts or razor burns. Shave On.
