    Friday:
    Good morning gents,

at first a shave with my very old Wade & Butcher.
This razor need a little finish, I will do tomorrow.
For this work I only use the Stylus because of it's very good handling.

BTW: I don't know which ASB I should use today, both are good.

    Have a nice day!

Prep: Hot shower with conditioner in beard
    Strop: Kanayama (40/60)
    Razor: Wacker "Antik" Spanish Point
    SC: CarrieM Black Raspberry Vanilla
    Brush: Shavemac 23mm Silvertip
    Post: Alum + Thayer's Lavender
    ASB: CarrieM After Shave Milk
    EdT: Amouage Epic

A great day to wind down the work week. CarrieM's BRV can make any man's mouth water with the incredible scent. I feel like I'm whipping up raspberry pudding when I make a lather. And the lather! I decided not to adulterate it with an uberlather today, and it rewarded me nicely. The lather is slick and gives nice cushion. My smooth Wacker glided over my face like it was on ice!

After two-plus passes, I was rewarded with skin that was smooth and comfortable. The CarrieM ASB is another fine product. It leaves my skin well hydrated without being oily. Once I capped it all off with the Amouage, I was ready to take on the world!

    Enjoy your day gentlemen!

Breaking out the The vintage Timor....They really did a great blade (not so much on the new stocks) if you can get an old one...Usually my Sunday shave, but I felt like bringing up a knotch todayto start out right...The brush is a Golden Nib special on an antler...Hoping to make another in Nov when I bringthe 7rem mag in the high country. Shot it last weekend and it out shot the scope I have on it now..it is a Savage base with shilon stainless match bull barrel on a mcmillon stock...brutally accurate to a 1000m. I;ll oic it when I get the right scope on it.

Smile Week of September 5 - Friday

    Pre-Shave: Hot shower
    Pre-shave Oil: Almond Oil
Razor: 11/16" Dubl Duck Special #1, Hollow, Spike point
    Brush: 22mm Vulfix Super Badger
Überlather: NancyBoy Replesnishing Shave Creme + Mama Bear's Victorian Violets + Glycerin
Post-shave/Astringent: Thayers Witch Hazel (Rose Petal, no alcohol)
    Facial Moisturizer: Trumper's Facial Moisturizer
    Cologne: Penhaligon Opus 1870
Result: I really like the NancyBoy line of products. The creme (albeit too cucumbery in scent) makes a very moisturizing and thick lather. Add Mama Bear's violet shave soap and the cucumber scent is nicely complemented with a "whiff" of violets, which also makes the lather even thicker...Then comes the Duck, quacking its way through and loving to take a swim in this thick pond of moist lather. Don't mess with this Duck though...It delivers a sharp blow to anything standing in its wake...dead whiskers are a testament to this Duck's powers. BBS feel all throughout my face...no nicks, or any sign of irritation anywhere. Thank you Ducky.
