    Tuesday 9/14/10

    Konig 6/8 Silver Steel
    Semogue 2009 LE
    Cella ss
    Thayers Original WH w/ aloe
    Anherb a/s gel
    212 by Carrera Edt

One advantage of retirement is the ability to take one's sweet time to shave. Brought out the Konig and paired it with the Cella which with the LE made a ton of great lather. I took on the trouble spots on my neck with my left hand and was able to touch up a couple of time successfully so I ended up with a marvelous shave. Now that I am using straights on a regular basis I am developing a better feel for it which feels like quite an accomplishment for me.

Thanks!!! Sounds like I need to try that!!!

    Hot shower face scrub
    Warm Crew oil
    DB Scuttle
    Trumpers SC
    Torrey Celebrated Barbers Notch
    SRD P1 Strop, 40 felt, 60 leather
    AOS Aluminum
    Osage Rub

New Stuff today. The Crew oil was pretty nice on the skin.

This was the first shave for me with the Torrey. If was freshly honed by Dylan. It gace a great shave and felt light in my hand. I really like the Barbers notch razors.
The Osage rub made my face feel very cool due to the menthol. As usual I used Vaseline for Men after which left my face very smooth. I'll do the BB Test later.

Today I had the pleasure of shaving with one of GanBoyi's beautiful razors:

Morning honing up through the Thurry
Stropped on my SRD EB Long
    Thater 26 mm
KD Creations Bay & Clove RetroEdition (from back when I was a guinea pig)
    Boker's Tree Brand Inox
    KD Creations After Shave Milk

This shave was truly a pleasure. That Boker is some very smooth stainless steel
