Thanks Jose'. I picked it up on E-Bay for about $20. bucks and it probably was never used once. I put the Bone scales on to replace those hoky fake bambo ones. It's a great shaver!

Sorry about that, I've been working on improving my photo compositions and didn't even think about it.

SOTD from 9-26-2010 is a Kahr PM 9 9mm Luger (9x19). It is my daily carry, 3 inch barrel, Double action only (Make sure a round is in the chamber and pull the trigger, no prerequisite required, sorry but the forum will ** the correct term). The gun is less than 21oz fully loaded (flush fit magazine of 6 +1 in chamber). The slide is actually stainless steel, but has been colored black for ease of concealment.

SOTD from 9-27-2010 is a Smith & Wesson M&P 9 Pro in 9mm Luger (9x19). Safe Action (Chamber a round and the trigger pull is set and pressure doesn't change between pulls. This is a competition gun, so the trigger pull is quite light, less than 4lbs) This has a 5.1 inch barrel, a fiber optic front sight, and blacked out Novak style rear sight. I shoot this pistol in competition. It holds 17+1.

SOTD from 9-28-2010 is a Ruger New Vaquero in .357 Magnum(which will also shott .38 special). This is a single action (the hammer must be pulled back before trigger can be pulled). I have a pair of these that I purchased for doing Cowboy Action Shooting (see my avatar). The barrel length is 5 1/4" and these things are heavy (over 2lbs) fully loaded. I LOVE them. Cowboy Action Shooting requires the use of equipment that would have been in use in 1899 and prior. This is one of the things that drove me to shaving with straights. We dress up in pre 1899 attire, shoot pre 1899 style guns (single action revolvers, lever action rifles, and double barrel shotguns...some other variations). I figure if I'm going to dress in the era, shoot in the era, why not SHAVE like in the era!

SOTD from 9-29-2010 is a Ruger LCR (light compact revolver). The LCR is a 5 shot polymer framed revolver chambered in .38 special (rated for +p pressures, Double Action Only). This little gun is perfect to throw in a coat pocket for the ultimate in reliability and concealability. The grips are by Hogue and really do a "bang up" (ha, ha) job of controlling recoil (the gun only weights in at a mere 13.5 oz!).

Thanks Gentlemen, the shaves are looking amazing!

As always, I got an incredible uberlather from the combination of the Ogallala and CarrieM's creation! The scent carried me away to a happy place and I let the Fili glide effortlessly over what used to be whiskers, because they all seemed to run away at the site of that big blade! I was left with a soft, smooth face that was ready for some food. The Blenheim Bouquet should be just the ticket as I sit with my largest client in his deposition today.

The Armenian Brandy was a gift from my friend Robert, and shall be enjoyed later. Thank you, again, Robert for your incraedible gesture!

Great photos of your incredible shaves, gentlemen!
Great gear! I haven't acquired a fili yet, but I'm thinking I might have to soon
