Thank you Robert. On the hones, you re correct. The darker one is a labeled Escher. The lighter one does not have a label but does have some glue residue and gives a slightly keener edge than the darker one. Two Coit/BBw's, one used as a slurry stone. Ck12, Norton and Nanawi finish the hones pictured. For the razors, left side is a Joseph Smith, Joseph Elliot and W&B. Right side is a Shepperd's and Irving, TI frameback and a Northfield Cutlery.
I wasn't aware of the BRV soaps! Gonna have to get some and try it alone and in uberlather with the BRV shave creams!

SOTD 9-28-10
Prep: Hot shower
Strop: SRD Premium IV English Bridle
Razor: George Wostenholm & Sons Original Piper Razor
Brush: TGN premium silvertip in Custom Cherry wood handle
Scuttle: SRD
Uberlather: TGQ Leatherneck soap, AOS Sandalwood cream, & 5 drops of glycerin
After Shave: Pinaud Clubman
Result: Today's lather was like a whip cream factory exploded. The scent of the leatherneck mixed with the sandalwood was fantastic! 3 passes (wtg, xtg, & atg) and BBS smooth (tried a new angle today and finally got the jawline BBS). It's going to be a great day!
Have a great Tuesday Gentlemen, you deserve it.

Wade & Butcher | Kanayama (35/70) | C&E Nomad | Vulfix Silvertip | Thayer's Lavender | Endymion
My first attempt with the C&E soaps. My initial impression, not bad. The Nomad has a wonderful scent, and that inspired me to go with the spicy Endymion today. The shave was great, and I'm ready to defend expert depositions today.
Have a wonderful Tuesday, and thank you again, to all the participants of the SOTD!

A workmanlike shave today... Nothin' fancy, just stuff that plain get's it done!
The Aura Glow is my Peyote, allowing me access to the ancient Shave Gods who impart knowledge and guide my feeble hands, that delicately hold little Crystal, around my face...
Why the Williams without any help, you may ask??? I guess just because I can!
Incredible shave!
