I'm really liking the Kai. I use the Feather Professional blades which are very sharp. The Kai requires a light touch, but if used properly, gives a very close and comfortable shave.
This is the old formula. Just for info, one way you can tell (without having the ingredients list on the box) is by the bowl. The old Penhaligon's soaps have the kind (Blenheim Bouquest or English Fern) printed on the soap lid. The newer bowls just have "Penhaligons" on them.

Scuttle: SRD
Cream: Al's da' bomb "Bodega"
Brush: Custom TGN in cherry wood
Razor: Duble Duck Wonderedge 1/4 hollow done by Max in blue/green Paua shell
After Shave: Al's "Bodega" ASB
Result: a wonderful shave! I added some glass shelves to the shave den yesterday as well as an electric kettle. Today's lather was amazingly hot and I love the new home for some of my soaps and A.S. & E.D.T. What a great start to the week! Cheers!
