Good Morning Gentlemen, early start this morning in order to make time to post, I'm practicing "Speed Shaving", it's 45˚C in my bathroom (No AC in there), I have to be fast to shave before the lather dries out.

Prep: Shower,
Strop: SRD, 50 on Polyweb, 100 on Leather,
Brush: Aqua Di Parma, Silvertip, Wenge Wood Handle,
Soap" Cella Crema sapone
Razor: TI Spartacus Dreadnought Blade, Ebony Scales
EDC: 4711.

Great shave, great start to the day.

PS: If that Coti you have is indeed a La Veinette, consider yourself a lucky guy. I have one and I am very happy with her. She produces an amazingly smooth edge.

A nice morning and a relaxing two pass shave. The Conqueror was a little harsh and could probably use a fine touch on the hones; my inexperience affords me ample opportunity to retouch minor errors and learning experiences on the hones have been ample to say the least. Now all I need is coffee... there appears to be none in the house.

What a gorgeous Wosty Dunc. Sorry about the edge though, but as you say nothing that a little time on the hones won't fix. have fun finding the coffee (just go easy on that stuff, LOOOOL)

The Artisan soap really does hold H2O well. IMHO it almost acts like it's own Uber. Very thick and creamy. It starts off looking thin for the first few swirls then explodes becoming thick and silky!

+1...Very uber for sure. I love the fact that it has no more than 8 ingredients (if you include water). All good stuff, including tallow

OK shave, but it's time to put this razor aside for some touch-up honing.

Honestly I don't know one from another. I honed a few razors on it last night though and am very pleased. The edges look more "mirror" smooth than with my 12 Chinese water stone.

They sure do take a great edge, it so smooth and soft
