Super smooth shave one pass with minor touch up, really getting to grips with this razor and very much enjoying using it, so much so that I may get myself the Feather AC-RG non folding version.

Feather AC RG in black Midnight Wood scales with Feather ProGuard blade
Semogue 2000 boar hair brush
Nanny's French Lavender soap
Truefitt & Hill 1805 after shave balm
Very cushiony and slick, Sharon's hard soap assisted for a very close shave. The use of the ProGuard blade made huge difference this time (been using a 'Light' Feather blade so far this month).
Roughly a week to go till I leave this place, mixed feelings, a valuable experience however it has indeed been two very hard years. Hopefully all the lessons learned will pay dividends from 2012 onwards.

Thanked: 298Thanks dinatali!
off
Difficult to talk about the fragrance, it is often a subjective things. It is a fact that Geo F Trumper GFT is a very good quality shaving cream, the scent of the gft is relatively moderate and pleasant. I can only recommend it for you.

I originally made these Ebony scales w/ Brazilian Cherry wedge for a W&B wedge but after viewing it a bit I decided they just didn't fit aesthetically. They are now on this Friedmann and Lauterjung 6/8 and I think they fit much better. The blade shaved quite well this morning but I'll work on it a bit since I think it can be improved.

Thanked: 485Thursday
Wasn’t going to shave, but after getting bored and then taking this photo I couldn’t resist having a shave so I could post the picture.
My W&B photographed against a projection of an 8mm 1950(ish) B&W version of ‘The Mummy’ projected from a Norris 8 Synchroner 100 sitting on my desk onto an A4 piece of paper pinned to the wall (no Photoshopping at all; not even cropped).
Like I said, I was bored...
Shave was very lovely, W&B just off the Shapton 16k, no stropping...none after honing or before shaving...Interesting...The T&H Trafalgar was very lovely in abundance...
First time I’ve mixed the La Toja in an Über with the C&E Nomad. Very nice...
Razor: Wade and Butcher Pre Shave: None Überlather : La Toja/C&E Nomad ASB: None After Shave: Truefitt and Hill Trafalgar

Stranger, if you passing meet me and desire to speak to me, why should you not speak to me? And why should I not speak to you?

Becomming bored can lead to all sorts of creative thoughts? Some of my better idea's come during moments of boredom and day dreaming.
