Carlmaloschneider - Bailey, indeed your entire family, will be in our thoughts over the next several weeks while he fights off these infections. I think we've all found this site to be a wonderful source of support and a tremendously uplifting experience. What you and Grant have been through this past year is incredibly difficult to fathom. The strength and positive outlook you have each projected stirs me to the very core. We are all here for you, if ever you need us. Best of luck to your ridiculously cute grandson!

    For me, no shave today...

    Carl,

Hope Bailey puts this behind him, my heart goes out to you and your family. I can only imagine the strength it takes to get through some of the tough moments and wish you all the best.

I just can't find my motivation these days, I still love my straight razors and each of your posts makes me feel better. It's a strange thing, I love the SOTD, but as of late, I find myself depriving myself of it because I don't feel I deserve it (to feel good). Recently a large Chain pharmacy misread my wife's prescription that left her numb and unable to stand for 3 days (they gave her Tramodal instead of Trazadone). It's been a lot to deal with and I can honestly say that I miss the SOTD. I hope to regain balance and motivation again, but until then. Thanks for being there!

I have been hoping you would drop by SOTD soon and let us know how you were going. I was hoping that you had just been busy with work.
Mate, I'm sorry to hear what a rough time you've been having. Thats some very heavy stuff you've been dealt. I know what its like to feel down, and feel like I know where your coming from.
You and the family will be in our thoughts too, I'm sure things will start to smooth out soon.
PM me any time if you need to unload anything.
    Stay cool Brother.

Man, that sucks BIG TIME. Poor little guy.
I'm my experience, they deal with it better than we do though.
Hope you all get through it OK, and thanks for posting the pic of the big fella. My wife loved it.
