    Razor: Weck Hair Shaper
    Blade: Personna
    Prep: hot water, Barbasol
    Brush: van der Hagen (boar)
Soap: van der Hagen Deluxe with two drops of Kwan Loong oil
    A/S: witch hazel
    Cologne: Joop Homme
    Result: BBS
Comments: Wow, these blades are sharp. Note to self: two passes are good from now on with a brand new blade. Ouch.

Also, Kwan Loong oil is really good for adding menthol to any soap. Two drops was great. Any more, and I would have been shaving with Tiger Balm.

Thursday noon, doing the home-office thing today

I opted for a Mappin & Webb today. A wonderful hollow-ground Sheffield steel beauty.
I've been going over a few of my razors, re-honing them for that extra bit of oomph, and this one took well to that treatment.
Paired with this razor was a Thäter LE and some MdC shaving soap.
I finished off with some lovely Bay-Rum AS.

Glad to hear Bailey is healing nicely, what a brave little boy!
Slow down and enjoy the shaves....5 minutes!!! It takes me that long just to pick a razor...LOL
Oh, that's interesting re the logo, I wonder if the numers relate to anything?
Yes, Bailey is healing well, the body's ability to heal at that age is astonishing.
Yes, I need to slow down at times, in fact, I need to slow down MOST of the time!
