Monday, Monday, it's just that way!

Prep: Hot Shower/ Proraso pre-post creme
    Brush: Thater 4125-2
    Scuttle: G5
    Soap: Nancy Boy
Razor: J.H. Becker 11/16" Spike Point!
Post: Proraso AS/ AOS ASB unscented
    Clubman Styptic Pencil!
Result: This is the razor that has the most bite. Cut by my ear when going against the grain...but the rest of the shave was nirvana. Hadn't had the Nancy boy out for a while and I really like the scent and performance on a temperate spring day.

What a great buch of pictures guys!

    Have a Great Monday Gents!

    Good morning all.

Today's holiday Monday shave...a nice, slow, delightful way to begin the day.

    Prep- hot shower
Brush- Non-name vintage rubber handle w/Golden Nib 24mm Best Badger
    Soap: Van der Hagen Select
Razor- King Midas 5/8 round tip
    Thayer's Witch Hazel
Anthony's Gold Red Cedar After Shave
    L'Occitane Vetyver Eau de Toilette

I re-honed this razor this morning, using the conservative ratio found on the wiki, and while not perfect (still just the tiniest bit of pulling) today's shave was MILES better than yesterday's with the same razor. Thanks all around to the JaNorton participants and Glen for giving so many tips and examples of how to hone.

I could not decide for one of these two photos ... I loaded the brush and had a good lather with its freshness. I love this straight, is smooth and a great shaver
