That looks like a very old razor. How do you find using a razor without a tail?

Yep, I hit the big 40 today.
No wild parties here though, just a nice dinner with the family, and a delicious Pavlova cake my wife made.
This must be my 6th shave with this razor and the edge is still holding strong and shaving well.
So I'm declaring my first custom razor A Success!!
A two pass DFS for me tonight.

Strop - 3 Inch bridle leather/hard felt
Razor - DD Bresduck No.1 Special
Brush - Semogue 1350 Boar
Soap - Vitos Red
Post - Alum block followed with Thayers witch hazel
Cold water face lathered shave. That little No.1 special is one heck of a smooth shaver. It's all downhill from here to the weekend, happy hump day.
