Our wives have similar hobbies... mine bought a box of antique linen monogram tags for a song. She was already in profit after selling a dozen or so. We routinely buy old furniture on the cheap, I fix the structural issues, she paints and distress the whole piece before bouncing it back on the market. That usually turns a decent profit as well.

Don't ask me what that's about just something that clicked in her head so I am just entertaining and fulfilling the idea LOL
    Buttons, buttons and more buttons
That should make Christmas and birthdays easy then - assuming you have a very oversized bowl

Here a first Pic from the Auction i got it from (hope that i dont avoid Copyrights even with this shortened/cut), as you can see, theres some work in it but i think that its only light rust that can easily be removed without much marks remaining, i think it was a good deal as theres not too much hone wear on it.

@Michael: Yes it was the one on german Ebay, well i think that there arent so many others, i curious if its really a quality razor and will post it in Show & Tell when it arrives and after i shaved with it :-)
Carl has one and seems very fond of it despite its having a warped blade so it must be a bit special plus they are a fairly unique looking razor.

I have one & it shaves pretty good but just different to use. In it's day, it was supposed to be the perfect razor.

Im getting more and more curious about the De Pew, hope it arrives fast and that GSP doesnt fail so that i get it before christmas, seems like a special experience to shave with that razor :-)
But equal how it shaves, its a unique piece of its time when Producers and Manufactorers shared more risk to bring innovations in use, but i truley hope it shaves better than my last unusual razor with wich i wasnt very succesfull (a double Concave one).
