Bottom Dial 195
I received notice that my bottom dial has been re-plated and is on the way!
It was really rough, with whiskers and dried shave cream, took a few laps through the Ultrasonic before it would operate and had some corrosion and a lot of brassing and did need the plating work after I cleaned and shaved with it.

I just got a pound of nickel rod in the mail today, a total of 29 36" rods. It was a lot cheaper than buying it in pinning kits plus I found a place that has the stainless washers that are 2.99-3mm OD. The rod is also a tad harder than what I have bought in the past in pinning kits so it won't bend so easily like the rod I was buying previously which I'm happy about that! I cut a small piece off & I placed it into my 1" square key stock which I have some pre drilled holes in & I usually put a head on one side first, then place a collar on it which makes it easier to tap the opposite end of the piece of rod with a collar on it & is perfect, so much better than what I was getting.

Dammitt, Steve! My rough math says you can pin 1044 razors using a inch each. That figure may or may not increase as you count in shorter pins and collateral damage. Good Show!

I rest my case.
