My barber introduced me to both the oil and beard balm on my last visit.

Just a few drops of oil followed by a little dab of beard balm. Clubman balm doesn't have a whole lot of wax in it.
Both Clubman products are available on Amazon, but since my barber said he'd get some for me, it is more polite to wait for him.

Well it's not really in the mail as it's on a truck and should be delivered here early tomorrow afternoon. I can't wait to modify it before I start it up for the first time.

As with most, the drain plug for draining the compressor's oil is inadequate so I'll add an extension and install a magnet into the plug to pick up any metal from wear.

Then it's changing the connector for the pressure gauge and plumb it into some piping and then angle it down to a new pressure gauge with a moisture separator.

I"m also going to order some K&N oil bath air filters for it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm sure I'll love it the way it comes but it can be made better.

At the very least I'll be changing out the drain system. I can live with it the way it is until I can make the adjustments.

I'll post pics as I make the adjustments.

Just won this bad boy on ebay. I've always wanted a huge roughing gouge for my lathe, and after Tom sent me a few smaller ones, I got real horny and decided to be proactive in my search for one. $13 USD for it, I'd say I did pretty good. The description didn't say how wide it is, but from the pic, I'd say it's right around 2 inches in width which is awesome.
