I just placed an order for a new Japanese natural stone. To preface this, I should say I have two other jnats, an Ozuku Asagi and a Wakasa. I have looked around considering Shoubu-dani stones from a number of vendors. I settled on a Shobu-Asagi-Karasu-Tamamoku natural stone from the traditional Kyoto Shobu mine. It is rated as very hard and super fine particle sized. I imagine I will receive it in 10 days, at which time I will post photos of it, and an assessment of its performance. I anticipate it will be an excellent finishing stone and complete my line up of natural finishers. Bob

    Nice knife Jamie.
If worn around neck, handle down, how does it stay in the scabbard?
    Love the handle material.
