    I'm not an addict - lol. I won't admit I have a problem.
Thing is I only have about 30 razors at this point (many have come and gone) so I feel ok when I see collections of hundreds. Most of mine come from antique shops where if I see a decent razor at a good price I feel obligated to fix it up and give it life again, with myself or anyone else who will use it.
I would think next year if I retire I will sell most and keep 10 or so.
For 21 years using straights I've managed to keep it under control. Same with stones, had/tried near everything but managed to keep a decent few of each. Strops too although a few more Red Imps than others.

Yep, another weak point for me.

I haven't brought a razor in some time so when this beauty came up I couldn't help myself. I am going to sell a few razors that I dont use often to cover the cost.

Easy clean up, just a bit of spit and polish. Dosnt look like any hone wear to boot.

Geo F Trumpers Spanish Leather is amazing. I haven't got the cologne but the skin food. Is the cologne a stronger/more complex sent than the cream?

Yes, most definitely (IMO, that's as it should be); I'm only sorry there isn't an aftershave to "bridge the gap". Q: Is the skin food sorta/like an ASB?

You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.

Yes, it's pretty much water and glycerin, like Castle Forbes ASB but without the witch hazel.

Agreed, the lime skin food is same. Not bad, but gotta shake it up as it seems to separate after sitting a while.

I do really appreciate the old horn with the raised grain and sort of gray hue in places. I haven’t been able to replicate it, and unless there are structural issues, I leave it mostly as is, a little cleaning and hydration and they are perfect.

Because if its age I'm tempted to leave as is. I'll decide when I have it in my hand.
