    Agree great shavers.

So how'd it shave Doug, like the Sheffield?
Similar in face feel, but the Wester Bros. is much lighter weight than the Sheffield. A lighter weight razor is easy for me to get careless with. I am more likely to get a nick with one. In fact, I got a small one this morning on my neck. Nothing at all to do with the razor and everything to do with me being cavalier with one I am using for the first time. That square point is sharp!

Soap didn't quite fit in my old Yardley bowl, so pull out the trusty mandolin.

I was squeaking by with an E-Machines (pre-Gateway purchase/merger), with an add-on AGP Nvidia GeForce graphics card. She asked me what my "ideal rig" would be. When I rattled off the list of parts & specs of the various components, that I had a "running tab" of in my head, it got her hot 'n bothered.

I'd finish my description with: "I could make a list that would easily top $5,000 to build a gaming PC. But my money tree never took root; and what's the point? I'd rather keep it between $400 & $750 for the initial cost, and have plenty of room/options for later upgrades."

Ah, but that was another time. I still geek out on tech, but I haven't kept up with PC tech completely. I now geek out on razor stuff as well lol.

*= I generally avoid products that have obvious "paying for the name" aspects. Or over-hyped, like Bose. I'm not saying the product is no good. I'm just sayin that there is definitely better for the money (or just as good for cheaper). For a year or two, I sold home audio equipment at the Fry's Electronics here in Indiana. I have a solid, unbiased knowledge of such things. Long story short: I would likely have gone with something by Shure, rather than Beats... if possible. Better, more accurate sound quality is achieved, IMO, with earbuds (in-ear). Pretty sure that Shure also has headphones... For the money, if you cross-reference with reviews, Plantronics is some really good quality audio from headphones! Just my $0.02.
Now they arrived , You are correct , they sound nice.... New HP Pavillion laptop NO bluetooth. Bang & olafson stereo package, No working speakers... Short answer. its nice but not $250 nice and I must use a corded headphones.
Really headphones with cords in 2016?? I have a screen coming for my old laptop. All the stuff may go back. Not impressed. Experience with brick and mortar Best Buy was even worse.

Crazy...couldn't resist...Crabtree & Evelyn, "Nomad" Shaving Soap...being a soap hoarder, I'd heard mixed reviews on this, it's discontinued, but the emptiness in my soul was briefly fixed by this purchase....

I had some Crabtree and Evelyn.... One of the worst soaps I've ever used..... I think you might find the same Andrew with the amount of high end soaps you have..... But, who knows. Maybe you might like it.

    Yup,, viva la differance'
Bodyshop also carries an octagonal shaped bar of soap made from honey. Forget the name at the moment. Wife's been Christmas stocking me a few over the years. well I finally unwrapped one to try and gents, it too is a winner.
Doesn't leave you smelling like honey, but leaves a skin slipperiness that feels great as you dry off, not oily, and lathers up on the loofa like Cujo!

My first soap & probably in my top 3. I rarely use it as I want it to last.
