Competitively priced compared to what... Clubman Bay Rum ($7 @ Walgreens for 12-oz) or Guerlain Vetiver Extreme EDT ($86 @ Sephora for 4.2-oz)?
Until we have something we think is acceptable, I don't see how we can we address the cost/pricing issue in any more detail than a ballpark estimate? However, regardless of the scent, we/you/Noam can work on choosing the bottle(s), label design(s), etc. and get those costs reasonably identified. Once the scent is chosen, then the ingredient costs will be fairly easy to identify. I do know that many of the EOs vary widely in cost from vendor to vendor and often fluctuate with availability, etc... so your margins need to be sufficient to cover those fluctuations without constant price changes.
I think the "percentage" would best be determined after we know whether there are sufficient sales to support doing so. You'll certainly incur some "up front" outlays to stock bottles, labels, and ingredients in quantities sufficient for our needs. After we see how sales go for a while it might then be appropriate to consider a "kickback" to the site.
Just thinking out loud, and speaking only as a member, I'd like to suggest you/Lynn consider "payback" to the site being, at least in part, fulfilled by you donating more (than you already do) of your products to the monthly giveaways and regional get togethers. JMHO.

The Blue/Clear AS (that we all got) has a lot of staying power... I tried an experiment whereby I put some AS on the hairy part of my forearm (midway between my wrist and elbow) after it was good and dry from showering in the morning. The next morning, before showering, I checked to see whether I could still smell anything... surprisingly, it still had a noticeable scent. I tried the same procedure with the Red... it's scent was gone in a couple hours. Today's test is with the EDT... we'll see.

Yay! I found the thread again!
I sent my impressions of the Red/blue bottles to Colleen through email, but if it would help the discussion I can post them again here as well.

OK...this is excellent. I was just curious, for you see I am left with rubbing aftershave on my face and twisting around at different angles in the bathroom light and thinking.....is that SHINE I see or is it just me....
Hi Noam "waving, waving"......glad to see you made your way back.
Update on the bottles. O.berk does not consider the Phoenix a stock item, although it is in their warehouse and they will sell to me by the case and this is a doable thing at 140 pcs per case.
Package supply who had several items that I liked FINALLY called me after my FOURTH phone to them None of the bottles I like were "in house".....all custom ( champagne taste and beer budget syndrome )
So unless she pulls a rabbit outta her hat ( get this....her name is also Colleen..lol) I'm guessing they're off of the list of possible choices. So Gentlemen at this stage I think your choices are:
Clear woozy bottle 5 oz. with orifice reducer. ( if someone can find an amber woozy...let me know)
Clear Phoenix bottle 4 oz. sprinkler finish
The Apothecary Bottle with a pour finish
or the standard Boston round with orifice reducers. Now this bottle is available in the different finishes.....let me post the pictures again.....
These bottles are also available in Blue and Green Glass.
The person at O.Berk is sending me samples of the Phoenix Glass, but he says HE is waiting to get them first, because they have to come from someplace else....Jimminy Cricket!! as soon as I get them I'll post pictures of those.
Rich I'll put your next box in the mail tomorrow.
Joe....I read over your message about donating back to SRP and find as usual that you are JUST THE BEST when it comes to good sound advise. I don't mind at all to donate samples of items each month for SRP. I'm a firm believer in giving back and being a responcible member of our little community, and waiting for a bit to see how the AS goes......yes, well that's good advise too.
My brain is always about 5 miles ahead of my body
