I got some Proraso in the little plastic tub this morning and shaved with it. I liked it pretty well for only having one shave so far.

The tube was a couple dollars more......is there that much difference in the tube vs. tub?

I've had the tube for a while, but after using the "soap" for a couple of shaves, I believe I prefer it. Don't ask why, cause I don't know...maybe just because it's new. Either one will work well!

    Randy,

I bought and used the Proraso soap (in the little tub) and the aftershave lotion for the first time on Saturday.... Loved it! Especially the aftershave. Up to now, I was using cold water and an Oil of Olay moisturizer as an aftershave. This stuff is sooooo much better (but I had expected as much). Thanks for finding this!

I'm glad that you guys finding the Proraso are enjoying it. After all, if you didn't, I'd be spending my days looking over my shoulder for some clean shaven guy with a razor in his hand!

My local Target had it. Yay!

I picked up one of the Omega brushes and a tub of the shaving soap. I looked at the tube, but decided I could always pick it up later. No aftershave - I wonder if it sold out, since they didn't have much.

If it did, I'm actually glad, because that means they're likely to carry it. Oh, and by the way, at $3.99 for the soap, it was, in my opinion, a very good value. The brush was, I think, about $13.

I too found the soap and pre-shave at Target. I enjoyed a very close and comfortable shave. Nice product and even the wife liked the scent.

I saw this stuff is now on classic shaving, was it always there, or did it just make a comeback??

    JL,

It's been on Classic's site for some time. Nothing against Classic, but it's nice to pick up one or two items on a local level.

I picked up the proraso pre shave at target yesterday. Good price and nice to look at the rest of the proraso products.

Should I use the pre-shave cream before or after my hot towel treatment?
