Went out this morning with a mate and rode 44km's.
Maybe not such a wise idea cause I don't feel too great now. :)
This morning: 5 mile trail run.
Yeatsrday's workout: two hours of trail maintenance.
Has anyone used elbow compression sleeves? Are any better thsnt any others? https://www.amazon.com/Sleeves-Compr...ow+compression , is probably the best I have found.

I use compression sleeves for my calves during the week. The advantage, it seems, is more in recovery than performance. I have also noted though, that they restrict some muscle movement, and I actually get more discomfort if I wear them while running, so I only wear them after workouts.
