    So today was:

Chest Press Machine 15 reps, 4 times (15/4)
    Tricep Pulldown 15/4
    Cable Fly 15/4
    Machine Dips 15/4
    Decline Chest Press 15/4
    Tricep kickback 15/4

    Then 20 on the eliptical....always feel better after a workout...stress go bye-bye!!!
I am missing exercise, but too busy at the mo, 1 1/2 weeks to go, then back into it

Yeah, that's what I'm saying, because this is a single speed, not a fixie

Yeah, I'll Google that. Sliding my body weight forward? I was just going to ride it...

OK, so, I'm pretty sure maybe the rear wheel can be swapped, for a fixie (pedals locked to wheel) and a free wheeling hub (still a single speed, but the hub and pedals aren't fixed (locked) together.

    Still not really sure though...

I've got close to 5K miles on my single speed 48x18. To make it a fixie you just flip the rear tire around and remove the cover which hide the threads for the rear gear....spin it on (the gear of choice), put on a lock nut of some sort and get some skinny jeans and reek irony.....

Prepare for zero respect on the road if that means anything to you, it did to me at first because I rode the crap out of a road bike in the 80's and got a single speed when I turned 60 (gift). All cyclists waved to each other back then. The roadies of today who mainly ride in coveys, and look genetically engineered to look like praying mantis' ignore you, the fixie cult will ignore you (if you are on a single speed)....the casual biker will ignore you....so prepare for serenity in the saddle....that's how it is in this part of the world, Metro DC. But fun.....you can only go so fast with one gear and I play let's see if we can break the 33.1 mile an hour record today.....sure you can find a steeper hill but you have to get back up that hill!

    Have Fun

Default "Bicycle Jonny" at the Tattoo Shop

Went out this afternoon for a quick run up to the tattoo shop, a visit-and-shmooze with the guys, then back home. Hot 'n humid. Here's the proof that it happened (cellphone photography by JimmyHAD).

You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.

You're Looking fit and trim, or as our fellow forum member baldy puts it, you're, "lookin like a crim"!

Say hello to Jimmy for me...
