Sorry Jerry, I got distracted. Just got my once a year cold.
I was crawling around under a house last week. My friends house is sinking on one side 6". Apparently it's an issues in the area (filled in marshes).
So I'll be jacking his house up. Kind of a cool project, did it for a customer in June, but you gotta crawl around under the house in a damp and moldy crawl space... Moldy.
I'm quite sure that I have that blade but I'll check this morning to make sure.“You must unlearn what you have learned.”

Been a little slow on the razor work the last couple days, getting things ready for winter, around the house.
But I did get a couple sets of scales fixed up for MikeT.
One set in particular, is a new challenge for me. Its a set of pressed horn that had bug bites in the lettering, after filling I'll have to carefully carve out the lettering again.
So yesterday I purchased a lighted magnifying glass to accomplish the task. Guess I finally get to use my carving tools again.
For now, their soaking in oil.

Good choice on dying those black, I was looking back at the other similar scales you did and the black with the gold letters sure does stand out nice!
I was looking for scales for that EBRO for years. I hope you can use those bone scales for something as they were nice ones I think.
Thanks Mike! I'm home sick today from work and I don't watch cartoons, and don't have cable, so it will be reading old threads today!

Okay Jerry, here it is from my private stash of broken blades!
Oh yes, a glorious Herder 77! Never honed.
Pivot pin to break 4.08" or just under 4 1/8". The chip in middle of blade measures .79".
So after honing I guess you will be around 3/4".
Will it work?
Shorties don't get much better than this I'm thinking.
