Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdin’s cave of 'stuff'.

Hey guys, looks like I'm around 10 or more pages behind so I will need to go back through them. I've been dealin' with life. I was also feeling a little under the weather a few days & for a few days I just didn't feel like doing a damn thing.
I got back on the Felt Pad razor that had the broken scale. When I pinned the wedge on, it was awkward because of the angle but I got it. Then one of the scales was a tiny bit longer on the wedge end & they are beveled there so I shortened it with a file & accidentally got the angle more on one side than the other so I had to make the opposite side match. Once I did that, I sanded the scales starting around 800 grit up to 3k & hand polished them. Then I cleaned the blade up with some 1k, 1.2k, 1.5k, 2k, 2.5k & 3k sandpaper, hand polished & finished pinning it together. It centers nicely. Now I need to hone 'er up. Since the razor says Twinplex on it, I showed my other Twinplex product.

Nice work, Engine! Hope you are feeling better. Don't worry, I feel like I'm 10 pages behind and all I did was leave the room for a minute!

Yeah, I'm feeling better, thank you.
I also had to rebuild a scroll saw. I got one delivered to my door & FEDEX dropped it on the table end & broke the main base where it mounts to. I got another base for it for free & fixed it. UPS, USPS & FEDEX don't give a damn about anything anymore.

That's what I'm thinking for the magazine rack, but vertical, and two levels. Should hold about 30 from my estimation.

I live in Enid, Oklahoma. I have stated that in quite a few of my posts. I don't care to put it in my profile for
various personal reasons. Ok, please, find the tools of my torment that I so desperately seek. As for my use
of "sir", I try to be respectful of all humans I meet. That's what my Grandmother taught me and I'm not about
    to change.

    Nice work, Engine.

The twinplex/felt pad looks super clean and like brand new. That high pin in the middle still tweaks my eyes a little! Cool looking razor
