    BTW, I put lots of weight in it. Don't know why really. Just because I could I guess. Its 114gm/4oz.

    As with 99.99% of Everything to do with straight razors and wet shaving is personal preference. If you prefer to have some 'weight' to your brush have at it

    About the 'weight' of your brush goes, it's not all that much really/If Crocodile Dundee was referring to your 4oz brush compared to my walleyeyeman custom brush he might say; "At's not weight, now at's weight" as it weighs just a little over 8oz.

    You see with the Mass of the handle, it creates it's own gravity and that prevents the lather from randomly just flying off.
