Hard to film, but the goldwash extends up the spine and around the toe once more.
    Cheers.
And MW, that noonan is cool looking indeed!
Seems funny how difficult it seems to get a good pic of bluing and gold wash. Is it just me?

All those will be thrilled, but disappointed on how long the ride was.

I am a telling you. Goldwash and bluing can look so sweet in the hand and won't work in a picture. Seems some sort of photographic settings are needed.
Once in a while I hit it, yet don't realize what I did...exactly?

@ Cheferick, nice scales so far!!!

MW76, I love that razor. That's a sweet lookin' one.

B52, I though machine gun Mike was working on a Genco Gold Seal, now you too?

I'm catching up on here. I've had some other BS to deal with..........
I'm also waiting on my Smooth-On OOMOO 30 Silicone Mold Making Rubber. I'll be taking apart the Marconi..........I almost said Macaroni .
I'll have to delicately remove the inlay, glue the crack, sand & polish it plus make sure the scales aren't warped. If it works out like I'm hoping, it will mold the spot for the inlay on there too so it will sit right down in there. I also want to make some for my Otto Deutsch Hans razor's (2) plus the Marconi & that one both have translucent scales so I'm going to also make a small tester spot like just part of a scale to pour some liquid resin into with coloring until I get the color the right tint I want.

It's a challenge for me as well Tom. Will try the better camera and light box tomorrow.
Mike, I look forward to testing the edge on this golden Genco before its trip south. You did all the grunt work so all I had to do was wash and go..
