    That is a SHAME!

Speaking of... I would love me a Hessenbruch razor for a decent price, But.........

"In overall good or better condition with some mild wear. Marked T. Hessen & Co Germany. Blade length is about 2-7/8" and the width is 3/4 with a bit of heel wear. No apparent damage. "

    Gee!
Don't think that "crack kills"?? Try shaving your neck with that razor!!!

But, ya know, "...no apparent damage."

Broke my heart, but I seem to about given-up on the fleabay. Every thing I click on is like this in some way.
I am seeing a LOT of failed restoration damage as well.

Seems we have to extract them from ourselves. No good ones left?

    Gee!
I saw that one, and then noticed the crack as well....that is a beauty.

I can't believe I haven't bought a razor from eBay in months now...just nothing grabbing my eye these days.

Seems one must spend 'antique store' time to find anything decent at all.
Ah well. I have a few to play with yet. Sad to stop buying... Imagine that!

Yup, have a couple of searches setup to alert me if what I'm still hunting for pops up, but for months now just....nada.

Came close a few times on a Mappin...but fell asleep at the wheel so to speak.

A smoking deal seems to pop up from time to time! I always hear about it in 'Show and Tell!"
    Quit looking, I suppose!
