The shipping for my orders was not combined as stated by the seller which is very dissapointing to me. Hopefully Wojtec76 will take care of this problem. I'll let you guys know how it turns out.

That's why I don't click pay now, but instead I do the "request total from seller" button. I think it may make some difference, otherwise ebay automatically adds up the shipping costs...
Now, I don't know, but perhaps Polish shipping is all based on weight at a fixed rate? I don't know. The shipping on some of mine was more than the items cost, and I still think I got a good deal...

The request total from seller did not work out for me. The email that I got was in Polish so I could not understand anything. These were my first ebay purchases so I could have done something wrong.

No idea, maybe it wasn't combined for me either but I think it was.
You don't read or speak Polish?
Just kidding, neither do I although I wish I did. I just looked at the applicable numbers (they are the part that counts, anyway)
Either way I think I got a good deal even considering the shipping.
The boxes arrive covered in stamps, so perhaps there is no seperate rate for parcels there, and it's all by weight? You got me there.

    Nick,
my two sided strop(s) just got here today. It looks exactly like the leather on my Illinois 827 "Russian leather" strop, which to be honest, the jury is still out on where it falls in....we can't even all agree where the linen fits into the picture or if it's actually needed. (On the Illinois strops I get a better edge stropping linen LAST, just the opposite of my other strops...) Going to try it out later...

I looked at the applicable numbers for my last order and it would have costed me the same to order each as seperate items as it did to order them all together. I definately would not have ordered as many items if I knew that I would have to pay shipping for all the items individually. It is possible that they charge by weight; however, the seller stated that he combines items to save on shipping so to me this means that I should pay less.

Perhaps you are right. I looked at one or two of my previous purchases and noticed similar.
Wojciech, how does that work, is it by weight, or is it like here, where up to a certain weight costs a certain amount, and as long as everything fits in the box, that's the price you pay...? That would be a lot better deal on shipping, if you are able to do so. If not, I still feel I'm getting a pretty good deal. Just curious, where you got these hones and strops and razors, was there perhaps any documentation that told how these were to be used?
(I'm not holding my breath...if it's like a lot of GI stuff, it comes in a crate of 400, no instructions, rolled up with an item tag)

Wojciech combined shipping on my order. I just had to wait (not very long) for the invoice. Great prices and very good service!

I just wanted to let everyone know that I made a mistake by not waiting long enough for wojtec76 to send me the lower shipping costs. wojtec76 returned the extra amount to my paypal account. Thank you and sorry for the confusion.
