    I made some rawhide & a quirt back when I was riding. Never owned a horse. Always rode whatever my teacher threw at me. Riding school horses could be quite a challenge.

    Great. Thanks Pete. I was think tomorrow to look for a book at the library. But this is a good start. I read some of the details in making a bellpull. That sounds right up my alley. Very detail tiny string work. Should take lots of time and efort so im going to read more on this too.
    Damn the rabbit holes around this palace.

    Nice job Roy. Are those ivory handles?

    I did a few special knots and found it a bit boaring so i gave up on the knots. Plus didnt know what i was going to do with them when i was done. At least i didnt pickup another A.D.

    Jerry 'IF' those were actually Ivory there's no way in hell that I'd turn those knives into 'strudlers'.

    I am in agreement with the seller that they are 'Mother of Pearl' handles.
