    I never thought about leather on the handle,,, guess because I never cut any wood ,,, that's another story.
    Does putting leather on the handle make it better?

    Their site is pretty cool actually, thanks for the tip.
    Dig that they have the lineage of the leatherman line and history etc.
    Nice accessories there as well.
    I've always ordered mine through McMaster Carr so got what they offered stock.
    Been a fan from the beginning. Great multi tool.

    The leather adds a little grip and will soak up some sweat since it is soft. Helps save your hands from blisters as well if your swinging it for awhile. As for it being better I don't know. I had scrap leather and thought it would look cool as well as add some function. Would have looked really nice with a curly maple handle, but since I plan on it being used I would rather have something that can handle the stress better.

    Hmmm, I can't tell if the books are on the table and the computer is on top of the books or if the books are part of the table and the computer is simply on the table..sigh...I don't think I'll ever have the level of sophistication required to truly appreciate the intricacies of fine furniture.
