Thanked: 4207Interesting set up. The device on the left, is that a set of rollers for axial straightness/run out checking?
Haven't fired a bow in decades. Remember how much it hurt if you grazed the inside of your forearm on release with the string. Learned very quickly to lock the wrist."Depression is just anger,, without the enthusiasm."

What Are You Going To Do??
What are you going to do when it's about 20 degs F there's a foot of snow on the ground and Christmas is coming??? What Else! Make Smoked Kielbasa!
I called my son Friday to make sure he wanted to come over and help then I got the pork butts out of the freezer and under running cold water to thaw and started prepping for the Big Day.
For some reason my camera was acting up and so please forgive the pictures and lack of pictures.
Here's the pork after the 3/8" die's grind;
(That's my new 1HP Grinder)
My son mixing before the 3/16" die grind;
Here he's starting stuffing (I actually do most of the stuffing but I'm letting him learn how to make the sausage from start to finish)
Out in the smoker for a few hours;
Fresh out of the smoker;
Packaged and ready to give to the kids and their families for Christmas
Thanks for lookingOur house is as Neil left it- an Aladdins cave of 'stuff'.
