Yes, they get them at Wal Mart & Bass Pro, as the truck pulls up, sending family members in for the box limit; purchase for $21.95 & sell them at the gun shows.

Under Bush's term I was buying the Federal 550 packs for $13.00 a box, so I stocked up on them (but not enough), now I can't even find the 550 packs or any kind of bulk for that matter...
The last price I had on the 550's was $18.00-$22.00...
I do have quite a bit of .22lr special ammo, CCI Stingers, CB's, Quick Shock... I even have some .22lr from 1972
.223, .12 ga & .9mm should be good too
Anyway... IOWA is bare too of .22lr...Last edited by NoseWarmer; 02-16-2013 at 10:15 PM.

less reloading on the range , range rates by the hour it could add up ...lol
a lot of the .22's are gone by me also , i only looked today cause of this thread .. a buddy of mine told my uncle today a police department just ordered 20,000 rounds and the vendor they use said it will be like this for a few months .. i dont know all the sources of this info to the people that have told me but with this thread it appears a lot of it is true ..

I guess that by shooting a single shot .22lr, 10,000 rounds would last quite awhile... Better bring home food with one round at a time... I can't afford the grocery store either...
