I’d keep the roof in the garage…..and just drive it on nice days.Looks way bettah without the roof. Just put the heat on…in the cooler days

The roof folds into the car so it’s always wit me, and except when the wife is, the top will be down. Cause I agree, she looks, and is built for the top down look. Everything else is covering up. Wife is not a fan of the constant wind, unlike myself..

And I just dropped it down a leg and the light looks way better like this. Will only run it ‘high mast’ for filming purposes.

Ok modern tire rules prevent me from doing exactly what I had, but they are working with me to go bigger in the back some.
The below illustrates what I will have front and rear when done.

Will lose some of my top end unavoidably but that just means I need to consider the 5 spd conversion next winter, hehehe.
But it’ll give me back some of the rackish stance and they will all be continentals of the same model.
And the speedo will get closer to true, then I can redo it..

Modern tire rules? Does that apply? That should help a lot I think.. Looks AND function.

Well it does at the shop if they say no, they won’t go beyond certain ratios. Even though the car had 50 years evidence the former sizing worked well together.
They didn’t come right out and say no, but said this is the biggest spread they can achieve within the one product line. Otherwise I’d need to go two different brands front and back, like it was. And I figure mmmmah, it’ll be close enough, and better than current. And they will be in stock tomorrow so that’ll be done, and I’m just waiting on the magnaflow to arrive.

Magnaflow....Might be louder than your Thrush. What diameter pipe are you going with?
