Our first family dog was a basset named Floyd. He had such a voice. And they way he tumbled when excited, great breed!

And those are worthy mates PS. The one reminds me of the rca, or little rascal dog. The smaller one looks all attitude, hehe.

Dogs are wonderful aren't they. Funny you should mention little rascal dog. Rascal is the name of the Boston Terrier. The other one, a mutt of sorts, is named Ranger because he was a rescue dog from Texas.

Two of the rescue groups in Milwaukee get their dogs out of state.
One uses Texas and the other gets their dogs from Alabama. Finn and two siblings were found on the side of the road there

I have had 5 golden retrievers in my life. This one is a very good dog.

I thought of naming the big one Petey, after what I think I remember the name of the Little Rascal's dog...but he is a Texas Ranger, so that's that. I agree the Boston has an "attitude" that make's me laugh when I see him.

I was just getting ready to say if you drew a circle around his eye he'd look just like Petey.
