No matter how sophisticated we may be... There is always a little "Hillbilly Bone" in all of us... As Blake Shelton & Trace Adkins say...

WOW GUYS ! With all y'alls experience in the cleaning and de-ghosting of a pipe, I've succeeded in taking this badly ghosted Old England M78, and turned it into one damn fine smoking machine !
Man, this is a nice smoker. I used the ideas and reply's of all you guys, and foremost the PM from my bro "1OldGI" for his Estate Pipe cleaning ritual With the help of all y'all, I believe I can now rest at ease, knowing that I can buy these nice old vintage pipes, and turn them into great smokers !!! My Hats Off to you Guys, thanks a million for all the helpful reply's !
All that's left now is to get some carnuba ? wax, and wax this baby up !!!
Filled her full of Mac Baren, ready rubbed golden extra and having me a fantastic smoke that actually taste like its suppose to !!!

Real nice and classic pipe. Can you tell who is the maker?
I've seen almost similar pipes at the Nordisk Tobakskollegium collections but cannot recall the maker.

Well here's my Friday evening pipe at last, after being away from home, at sea for too damn long.

Charatan/SG/strong lager (a souvenir from Lithuania)

    Have a nice weekend, Gentlemen!
