I need to make a Sazerac one day. I love rye whisky especially the name sake of this drink.

That was my "well" scotch for a while. I switched off to famous grouse, but I still like the good ol'e dewer's white.

Very NICE! I like the sound of this and will have to try and find my way into a dram.

I hope you can, because it is a great little whisky. This was released late summer of 2010 and there are only 765 bottles. But it is well worth seeking if you can find it. It isn't quite as smooth as the HP 18, but has a much stronger sherry element. That's the fun that comes with independent bottlings. If you like sherry and like old HP it is great. I know I'll shed a tear when this bottle is gone.

Last night I enjoyed this with a little Penn State Butter Pecan Ice Cream. Now a few days off with my girls.

    Enjoy..
